What size are A4, A3 and A2?

A4 - 210 x 297mm
A3 - 297 x 420mm
A2 - 420 x 594mm

Framing adds approximately 40mm to both width and height.  
 

What kind of paper do you use?

One of One personalised prints are printed on 210 g/m2 acid-free matte paper to not only look great but last a lifetime.
 

What kind of inks do you use?

Our personalised prints are printed with colour stable, high-density pigment inks, commonly referred to as Giclee printing, archival inkjet printing or fine art pigment printing. These archival inks are fade-resistant and ensure the prints are produced with deep inky blacks (none of this dull dark grey business).
 

HOW long with my print last?

Your print will easily last 30+ years without any deterioration. 
 

FRAMING

You can buy your One of One print with or without a frame.

What are the frames like?

The black or white frames are made of Italian Bellini mouldings. They have an edge width of 20mm, a smooth matte finish and a modern profile. The wooden frames are made from Australian raw oak, with a natural finish. They will slightly darken over time.

How are the frames hung?

All frames are traditionally strung with d-rings. 

SHIPPING

How are orders shipped/packed?

Unframed prints are shipped flat within NZ and tubed to Australia. Frames are shipped cornered, stiff card over the glass, bubble wrapped and then boxed. Please note we do not ship framed prints outside of NZ.
 

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?

Right now One of One only ships to Australia and New Zealand. NZ Shipping is free! AU shipping is $35.
If you are in love with a One of One print and live outside NZ, contact us at hello@oneofone.co.nz to see if we can offer one off shipping.
 

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on whether your personalised print is framed or not.

north island

Unframed: 7 business days
Framed: 10 business days (each frame is custom made by hand).

south island

Unframed: 10 business days
Framed: 14 business days (each frame is custom made by hand).
 

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay for your order with Visa and Mastercard.
 

Can I return my poster?

As One of One prints are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your print arrived damaged.
 

my print arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your print arrives damaged we will replace it at no cost. Please contact hello@oneofone.co.nz  within 14 days of receipt.
 

I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?

Up to 2 hours after you've placed your order we can make changes to it. E-mail your changes to hello@oneofone.co.nz  

gift cards

how do i use a gift card?

Once you have selected your print, use your unique gift card code at checkout.

WHat if my gift card is for an unframed print but I want a framed one?

Thats is ok, select the framing option you like, redeem the gift card at checkout and pay the difference.
